Morse Cultural and Heritage Association Privacy Policy

 

The Morse Cultural and Heritage Association (AKA Morse Museum and Cultural Centre) adheres to the standards of privacy established by The Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada and The Privacy Act of Saskatchewan. This applies to all personal information of the Board of Directors, employees, volunteers, and clients of the Morse Cultural and Heritage Association. This information will not be rented, traded, or sold with any other organizations. In addition, this information will not be used in any publications without expressed written prior consent of the involved parties. The information will only be gathered and used for the purpose of which it was collected; purposes such as, but not limited to, booking of tours, events, billing, and RSVPing to museum events.

Personal information that can be used to contact, distinguish, and identify individuals (personally identifiable information) includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Name

  • Age group

  • Address

  • Telephone Number

  • Email Address

All personal information is kept in a safe and secure location and is only accessible to authorized members of the board and staff. In addition, all computers used shall be protected with the proper and up to date computer protection software.
